Our Mission

Our mission is to strengthen communities through innovative strategies that connect individuals to treatment opportunities that result in positive choices. We offer mental health and substance abuse treatment to individuals involved in various judiciary systems; recently discharged from penal and correctional systems; and involved in social systems, such as child welfare.

Our Philosophy

Breakthrough Community Development Corporation’s philosophy is we offer “more than just treatment.” We do not take a cookie cutter approach to the treatment issues affecting our patients. We offer individualized intensive services that meet basic needs while also looking to enhance the overall quality of life for our patients, increase their social skills, self-sufficiency and self-esteem.

Who We Are

We have licensed professional and certified counselors who are experienced and qualified in the areas of substance and mental health issues. We have clinicians who are licensed to provide mental status exam and evluations, if needed. We assist patients with identifying behavioral and emotional issues that may be a challenge and/or barrier to sustained recovery.
