Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Our most intensive level of outpatient treatment requires a minimum of nine (9) hours per week.
Traditional Outpatient (OP)
These sessions address the mental health concerns (i.e., depression, anxiety, stress management, grief and loss, trauma, etc.) alcohol and drug addiction, job readiness, and life skills training to name a few. These sessions assist individuals toward motivation for change, incorporating long-term and short-term goals and exploring barriers to recovery. Our traditional outpatient requires a minimum of one (1) hour per week, Monday and Thursday (Minimum of 2 groups each week and 1 hour per group).
